Uncertainty is the new order of our world. The pandemic significantly disrupted our lives and many more disruptions on the horizon this decade e.g. technology, environment, economic.
To thrive, associations do not only have to reimagine WHAT their new strategies should be, they also need to rethink HOW they go about strategic planning.
Leveraging a ‘co-design’ mindset and tools will enable strategic planning to be more effective, agile, adaptable, and inclusive. It will enable leaders understand nuanced perspectives, harness the collective wisdom of members and stakeholders, and reimagine paths forward that result in meaningful, viable and sustainable impact.
