Based in Treaty 7 Territory, Katrina focuses her professional energy in service of education, social innovation, human resources, and organizational system change initiatives.

Centering curiosity, collaboration and multiple perspectives in her work, Katrina is committed to developing strategies that are relevant, equitable and grounded in the wisdom of lived experience. She believes that listening and sense-making practices bring us into community, reveal pathways forward, encourage and embolden us, and allow for greater impact.

Relational and co-creative; at ease with pilot programs, prototypes and in the “back loop” of the adaptive cycle, Katrina is a life-long student of leadership, system change and anti-racism education. When she is not on the water or exploring tremendous landscapes with her family, she eats, reads, and writes for fun.
